Here we have a model 3207 chair upholstered in leather. This chair is a version of the series 7 chair but with arm rests. Arne Jacobsen’s approach, when creating this complex chair design of molded continuous plywood, was heavily influenced by the work of Charles & Ray Eames. Also known as the Series 7, this chair is considered one of the most successful commercial chair programs ever. Over 5 million copies of the Series 7 have been produced.
